I was browsing Vocaloid pictures and I really liked the Himitsu Keisatsu designs. About a week later while fabric shopping, I came across this really nice black material that was on sale. I figured it was the universe telling me that a Vocaloid cosplay was going to happen this year, and thus this costume was born. XD The costume was fairly easy to make in terms of construction and I'm pretty happy with it overall. All of the white parts of the costume (shirt, bows, etc) were made out of a stretch poplin. I don't remember the exact fabric type the black material was. The chains on the front of the jacket were bought from the dollar store and the "3" was painted on. The boots were purchased at a second hand store. The props were also bought from the dollar store. Finally, the wig was bought from Fantasy Sheep. Pictures
