k i m m y ' s c o s p l a y

For Sunday, Hamano Ayumi and I decided to do PoT (Prince of Tennis) cosplay (Natasmai couldn't come with us T.T). I was going as Gakuto and she was going as Jirou. Her mom was nice enough to give us a lift to the con again, so we didn't have to leave super early for public transit. ^^

We got there a little early, so we went to line up in front of the escalator to go upstairs when it was ten. After a couple of minutes of waiting, two other PoT cosplayers came in and we took pictures of each other. Hamano Ayumi was very excited.

Once they let us go upstairs, I wanted to go see the Gundam SEED Movie since I had missed it at Otakon last year. Hamano Ayumi went to go see Air Gear since she doesn't like GS and wanted to hear Kamakari Kenta (the guy who plays the main character) as a seiyuu. (She's used to him as Shishido from Tenimyu). Fifteen minutes into the movie, I got really bored of it 'cause it seemed like it was a repeat of the first episode with some stuff cut out. I decided to go join Hamano Ayumi.

After the first episode was done, we left to find something else to do. First, we went to back check since I was starting to get annoyed with carrying my bag around. Then we went for lunch since we were bored and really hungry. On the way out of the building, a couple of PoT fans stopped us to take our picture. It was really funny 'cause someone who was with them asked what we were from. They all turned and said: "They're from PoT, duh" as if it were the most obvious thing in the world. I found it amusing. XD

When we got back from lunch, it was time for Anime Name That Tune. We had a lot of fun yesterday and we were hoping that it would be just as amusing today. We certainly weren't let down. I only knew like...ten out of the fifty they played but I got pocky for getting some of the answers the participants couldn't. ^^
